ANNUAL PACKAGE $3,000 CAD · FOUR SHOOTS. ONE YEAR. ONE PHOTOGRAPHY PLAN. For brands, organizations, community groups and events that need photography more than once a year. Instead of booking every shoot separately, reserve four photography sessions and use them throughout the year — across product content, community/group coverage, or recurring event photography. WHAT'S INCLUDED + 4 on-location photography sessions + Up to 4 hours per session + Sessions scheduled any time within 365 days of booking + 50–75 professionally edited images per session + Private online gallery for each shoot + Pre-shoot planning for every session + Shoot planning and shot lists + Location / timing planning + Creative direction + Commercial usage included + Travel within 25km of Abbotsford included (plus Chilliwack up to Garrison Crossing & downtown). $200 flat travel fee beyond that. THE PROCESS At the start of your year, we'll have a planning conversation about what you expect to need. Then before each shoot, we'll reconnect and plan that session specifically. Maybe one session is spring product photography. Another is a summer event. Another is your fall community campaign. Another is winter content. You don't have to know all four shoots today — we'll plan them as the year happens. FOUR SHOOTS. FOUR CHANCES TO REFRESH YOUR CONTENT. That's $750 per shoot when the full package is used. USAGE RIGHTS Commercial usage included. Use your final images for as long as you like on your website, social media, email marketing, brochures & print, presentations, and promotional materials. Paid Ads Add-On (+$300): run your images in paid social ads, Google ads, or sponsored posts for 12 months. Renew for another 12 months anytime for $150. Custom licence (quoted): national or multi-region campaigns, billboards, packaging, exclusive use, or sharing images with third parties (retailers, distributors, partners). Images are licensed to your business or organization, not sold. I keep the copyright and may share them in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK 1. Confirmation — I'll review your booking and confirm the details. 2. Paperwork — you'll get a link to your client agreement and any releases. 3. Planning call — we talk through your goals, locations, people, products, schedule and priority shots. 4. Shoot plan — I prepare the shot list, schedule, location notes and other project details. 5. Shoot day — we work the plan, adapt to the conditions, and make the most of what's in front of us. 6. Editing — I select and professionally edit your final images. 7. Gallery delivery — your private online gallery arrives within 10–14 business days. Paid in full at booking ($3,000) and fully non-refundable. Unused sessions expire after 365 days.
