OUTDOOR BRAND CONTENT — HALF DAY $800 CAD · 2–4 HOURS ON LOCATION For outdoor gear & apparel brands, tourism boards, guiding companies — anyone tired of stock. Your product belongs outside. Let's photograph it there. This package is built for brands that need a focused collection of real-world product and lifestyle photography without committing to a full-day production. We'll photograph your products where they're actually meant to be used — on trails, at the lake, in the mountains, around camp, during movement, or wherever your brand naturally lives. WHAT'S INCLUDED + 2–4 hours of on-location photography + Product photography in real outdoor use + Lifestyle photography + People using / wearing / interacting with the product + Detail and environmental imagery + Creative direction throughout the shoot + Pre-shoot planning call + Shoot plan and shot list + Location and timing planning + 50–75 professionally edited digital images + Private online gallery, delivered within 10–14 business days + Commercial usage included + Travel within 25km of Abbotsford included (plus Chilliwack up to Garrison Crossing & downtown). $200 flat travel fee beyond that. THE PROCESS Before we meet in the field, we'll talk through what you're selling, where the images will be used, what you need photographed, and what the final collection needs to accomplish. I'll use that to build the shoot plan and shot list before we head out. USAGE RIGHTS Commercial usage included. Use your final images for as long as you like on your website, social media, email marketing, brochures & print, presentations, and promotional materials. Paid Ads Add-On (+$300): run your images in paid social ads, Google ads, or sponsored posts for 12 months. Renew for another 12 months anytime for $150. Custom licence (quoted): national or multi-region campaigns, billboards, packaging, exclusive use, or sharing images with third parties (retailers, distributors, partners). Images are licensed to your business, not sold. I keep the copyright and may share them in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK 1. Confirmation — I'll review your booking and confirm the details. 2. Paperwork — you'll get a link to your client agreement and any releases. 3. Planning call — we talk through your goals, locations, people, products, schedule and priority shots. 4. Shoot plan — I prepare the shot list, schedule, location notes and other project details. 5. Shoot day — we work the plan, adapt to the conditions, and make the most of what's in front of us. 6. Editing — I select and professionally edit your final images. 7. Gallery delivery — your private online gallery arrives within 10–14 business days. Reserve your date with a 25% deposit.
