OUTDOOR EVENT COVERAGE — HALF DAY $700 CAD · 2–4 HOURS ON LOCATION For business events, city and community-run events, tourism, sponsored events, sports, concerts, fairs and markets. Built for organized events that need broader coverage than a group session. You don't need everyone looking at the camera. You need someone paying attention. This package is designed for events where things are actually happening — people moving, competing, participating, exploring, buying, cheering, laughing, and doing what they came to do. WHAT'S INCLUDED + 2–4 hours of event coverage + Candid, action-forward photography + People and participant coverage + Event atmosphere and environmental photography + Key moments and activities + Details, signage, products and surroundings + 5-image same/next-day sneak peek + 50–75 professionally edited images + Private online gallery, delivered within 10–14 business days + Commercial usage included + Travel within 25km of Abbotsford included (plus Chilliwack up to Garrison Crossing & downtown). $200 flat travel fee beyond that. THE PROCESS Before the event, we'll connect to go over the schedule, location, key moments, important people, activities, branding/sponsor requirements, and any must-have photographs. I'll create a simple coverage plan so I know what matters most before I arrive. Then I'll move through the space, anticipate moments, and photograph the event as it actually happens. No constant posing. No stopping the action. USAGE RIGHTS Commercial usage included. Use your final images for as long as you like on your website, social media, email marketing, brochures & print, presentations, and promotional materials. Paid Ads Add-On (+$300): run your images in paid social ads, Google ads, or sponsored posts for 12 months. Renew for another 12 months anytime for $150. Custom licence (quoted): national or multi-region campaigns, billboards, packaging, exclusive use, or sharing images with third parties (retailers, distributors, partners). Images are licensed to your business or organization, not sold. I keep the copyright and may share them in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK 1. Confirmation — I'll review your booking and confirm the details. 2. Paperwork — you'll get a link to your client agreement and any releases. 3. Planning call — we talk through your goals, locations, people, products, schedule and priority shots. 4. Shoot plan — I prepare the shot list, schedule, location notes and other project details. 5. Shoot day — we work the plan, adapt to the conditions, and make the most of what's in front of us. 6. Editing — I select and professionally edit your final images. 7. Gallery delivery — your private online gallery arrives within 10–14 business days. Reserve your date with a 25% deposit.
