If something isn't included in your package, I'll tell you upfront before we start. I'd rather lose a project by being honest about costs than win one by hiding them until the end. I believe graphic design can feel overwhelming if it's not your expertise, so I explain my process, decisions, and recommendations in plain language. No jargon, no creative speak that leaves you confused—just straightforward conversations about what will work best for your brand and why.

My three-round design process exists because quality branding is a journey, not a rushed transaction. I'm upfront about revision limits (3 rounds included) because it protects your timeline and my ability to deliver excellent work—and if you need more, we'll discuss options transparently.

I won't compromise on quality standards for speed or budget, and I'll tell you honestly if something won't work or if there's a better solution. My buyout fees are clearly explained upfront—they reflect the transfer of ownership rights, and once paid, the work is completely yours.
